Taj Mahal Trading Ltd. will never share, publish, sell, or otherwise divulge any information that is given to us through on or offline registration, or other contact with Taj Mahal Trading Ltd., without your express written permission.

Accounts must have a valid sales tax number.
All prices are C.O.D. unless credit has been established.
Visa and Mastercard are accepted prior to orders being shipped.
Minimum invoice is $200.00 or a surcharge may apply.
Minimum 6 pc. per style size and color or a $.50 surcharge will apply.
Company cheque accepted on credit approval only.
NSF cheques are subject to a 20.00 service charge.
Check all garments before decorating.
Printed garments are not returnable.
No returned merchandise will be accepted after 15 days from invoicing date.
Returned or refused merchandise is subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Returned merchandise must have RA#
Any discrepancies or irregularities must be reported within 10 days from invoice date.
Prices do not include freight or taxes.

Case pricing is based on purchases of one style, size, and color. You may mix and match cases for best possible pricing.
Do we have minimums?
Yes we do have a small minimum. Please consult with your customer service representative.
What are our hours of operation and where are we located?
Our hours of operation are 8:00 am – 4:00pm Pacific Standard Time. We are located at #35-8528 123rd St. Surrey, B.C. Canada V3W 3V6
Who do we sell to?
We will sell to clothing retailers, screen production/embroidery companies, promotional products companies, athletic sales companies, and marketing/advertising companies. We do NOT sell to end users. Please note that B.C. customers do require a provincial sales tax number.
How do I get a catalogue?
You can request a catalogue by phone, fax or e-mail.
What kind of payments does Taj Mahal accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Interac, certified cheque, Money order or cash.
If I order today when will my order be ready?
Pick up orders can usually be picked up 24 hours after ordering providing items are in stock and credit has been approved. For out of town orders please contact our order desk for approximate arrival of your goods.
